PlyScaf is a portable scaffolding that allows a frame carpenter to apply sheathing on a residential frame house. PlyScaf is designed to be used by a commercial or residential builder / contractor. PlyScaf works on both concrete block or load bearing wood frame walls, using plywood, particle board or oriented stran board to apply sheathing on a roof.
Using a crane to set trusses, place a full bunk of sheathing material on the PlyScaf located on the load bearing wood frame wall or the concrete block wall.
Apply sheathing to roof area. PlyScaf eliminates the labor required to lift the material onto the roof and provides a flat area for the installer to work.
Upon completion of sheathing remove PlyScaf and install final sheet in the 4' X 8' opening.
